Chelsea Rubin is dedicated to building equitable, thriving school communities where Social and Emotional Learning is at the forefront. As a Project Manager at the Center for Reaching & Teaching the Whole Child (CRTWC), she supports efforts to develop and implement transformative Teacher Educator Institutes. She also serves as a Training Specialist at Harvard University’s Ecological Approaches to Social and Emotional Learning Lab (EASEL), where she supports both domestic and international research-practice partnerships focused on empowering educators and fostering wellbeing within schools.
With over 12 years of experience across Asia and the United States, Chelsea has designed and directed curriculum and training programs that emphasize the social and emotional development of both youth and adults. Her work is a heartfelt commitment to creating environments where everyone feels valued and capable of growth. Chelsea holds an M.Ed in Curriculum & Instruction from the University of Virginia and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Delaware.
